Talk Title:  Growing demand for mainframe software engineering skills.

Demand is increasing for mainframe skills due to the aging of the mainframe
software engineer population. With 53% of the mainframe workers having 20+ years, there is a potential for a mainframe skills shortage crisis.  The
IBM mainframe is a critical business tool and is regaining mindshare and
market share.  Students should be aware of mainframe capabilities and of
the job opportunities for students with mainframe knowledge.
